I have previously attended a Warriors of the Light Leadership Retreat. If checked, answer the questions that remain on the page, review the Code of Ethics linked above as well as below, and sign at the end. There is no need to fill out all of the application questions.

1. In light of the retreat’s emphasis on shared responsibility and participatory presence, what is calling you to this retreat at this time?

2. The Code of Ethics speaks to personal sovereignty and self-responsibility. How do you understand your own responsibility within a shared spiritual or group container?

3. This retreat values non-hierarchical leadership. What does leadership mean to you when it is expressed through humility, listening, and service rather than status?

4. The Code asks participants to practice emotional awareness and self-regulation. How do you typically care for yourself when strong emotions arise?

5. Reverence in communication is central to this retreat. How do you relate to differing perspectives or expressions that may not match your own beliefs or methods?

6. Our code states, “We uplift rather than evaluate. We witness rather than correct.” How does that agreement land for you?

7. Please share a time when you were part of a deeply supportive group experience—or a difficult one. What did you learn about yourself in that setting?

8. Are you currently experiencing any major life transitions, emotional crises, or circumstances that may significantly impact your ability to participate in a five-night immersive retreat?

9. What kind of group participant do you tend to be? For example: listener, initiator, supporter, quiet observer, mirror, challenger, organizer, or another role.

10. Participants in the Warriors of the Light retreat are invited to offer a 60–90 minute experience during the week, such as a practice, conversation, creative expression, healing modality, movement, music, or another way of holding space. Offerings are thoughtfully woven into the retreat so the group’s collective intentions help shape the container. Is there something you feel called to share?

11. Is there anything you feel is important for us to know in order to best support you, or the group, during this retreat? If choosing a Double Occupancy accommodation, please also list your preferred roommate and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
