Rules of the Property
To support a smooth and grounded arrival, this page outlines the resort’s guest policies, check-in procedures, and other important details for your stay. Taking a few moments to review this information ahead of time will help you arrive feeling clear, prepared, and ready to settle in.
Check-In Requirements
All guests, including the Organizers, the Organizers’ team, assistants, and facilitators, must provide valid identification (passport) and a credit card at check-in and execute the Reunion Guest Waiver upon arrival. Failure to meet these requirements will result in denial of access to the property and removal
from the premises, without refund or liability to Reunion.
Accommodations and Use of Rooms
Room assignments are subject to availability, and guests do not have a guaranteed right to a specific room or room type unless confirmed in writing by Reunion. Standard check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., with arrival on property permitted from 2:00 p.m. No early room access is permitted.
Room configurations may not be altered. No additional beds or rollaway beds may be added. Maximum occupancy limits established for each room type must be observed.
Departure
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on the scheduled departure date. Any late departures or extended stays must be approved in advance by Reunion.
Smoke-Free Environment
Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, vaping, or similar products, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including guest rooms and public areas. A charge of $500 USD per person will apply for any violation of this policy.
Prohibited Substances
The possession, use, distribution, or sale of illicit drugs, psychedelic substances, or plant medicines is strictly prohibited anywhere on Reunion property. This prohibition applies without exception to the Organizers, the Organizers’ staff, guests, vendors, facilitators, and any other participants. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the premises, and Reunion reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the retreat without refund or compensation.
Food, Property, and Shared Spaces
Outside food or beverages require prior written approval. The Organizers are responsible for ensuring that event spaces, furnishings, and shared areas are used respectfully and returned in good condition. Reunion is not responsible for loss of or damage to the Organizers or guest property. Displays or decorations must be approved in advance.
